A former college athlete turned entrepreneur, Gabby took the leap into insurance in 2017 and quickly became a top producer. She founded the agency solo — and by 2021, had built it substantial enough that her husband Fred left a decade-long career in oil and gas to join her full-time. Today she leads the team: recruiting new agents, running training, and coaching the people and culture that make the agency different. The work she loves most? Helping families protect what matters, and helping agents step into their potential.

Fred joined the agency full-time in 2021 after a decade in oil and gas, bringing engineering-grade process discipline to an industry that usually runs on instinct. He's the agency's subject matter expert in advanced market solutions — working directly with agents' clients on Privatized Banking, Indexed Universal Life, and annuity-based retirement planning. His favorite conversations are the ones where a family realizes insurance can actually build wealth, not just replace income.

No. We're a licensed insurance brokerage — agents earn commission on the insurance policies they write, period. If you want to grow into agency leadership down the road, you can build a team and earn override commission on their production, but that's a choice, not a requirement. Plenty of our agents focus purely on writing policies and have a real, commission-paying career doing just that.
No — you can apply and begin training before you're licensed. We'll guide you through the pre-licensing course and exam, which most people complete in 2–4 weeks. You start writing policies and earning commission once you pass your state exam and get contracted with carriers.
Agents are independent contractors paid on commission by the insurance carriers when policies are written and issued. There's no base salary. Commission rates vary by carrier and product. Many agents also earn residual income on existing books of business and, as they grow, override commission on team production.
State licensing fees typically run $100–$300 depending on where you live, and the pre-licensing course is usually under $200. Agents cover their own licensing costs, but we'll point you to the resources we've found work best and support you through the process.
Yes. Our agents work from home, run appointments over phone and video, and build their businesses on their own schedule. There are optional in-person events, conferences, and trainings throughout the year, but day-to-day work is fully remote.
Our system is built around warm leads — people who have already expressed interest in life insurance and requested information. No cold calling. That said, agents who want to grow faster often supplement with referrals and their own network.
Because this is a commission-based role, earnings vary widely based on your activity, skill, licensing status, and market conditions. We don't guarantee any specific income. What we do guarantee is that the training, mentorship, and systems are the same ones that have helped our top agents build real, sustainable businesses.
